- Go to our website and download Tentacle Sync Studio for macOS
- Install the software on your computer
- Start the Tentacle Sync Studio software and go to: License > Software
- A window will pop up
- Switch on your Tentacle device and connect it to your computer via USB
- Click > Get a Free Device License
- Enter your email and personal data in the pop-up window and submit
- You will receive an email shortly after containing your license key (check SPAM)
- Enter your email address and the license key into the Software Activation window and click Activate
Note:
Your activation key now works independently from your Tentacle and your computer - so you can activate the software (with your activation key) from anywhere in the world. Just make sure you deactivate it before changing computers, because it can only be activated at one computer at a time.
That also means you can pass on your license key to your friends and colleagues. Just ensure whoever uses it properly deactivates it when finishing.
