You don't hear the audio from the connected microphone on your headphones or in the Setup App via Bluetooth? And you don't see the amplitude in the app or on the TRACK E device?
What to do?
- Go into the Setup App
- Check in your TRACK E settings, if Plugin Power is enabled
- If not, please do so, because lavalier microphones need the plugin power from the TRACK E to function
Still nothing?
- Check if your microphone needs more than 5 V Plugin Power
- Check if the microphone is connected completely to the TRACK E
