In case you need to contact our support, it is helpful if you provide the Tentacle device's serial number. This information speeds up the process and we will be able to help you faster.
ORIGINAL & SYNC E mk1:
- In the Tentacle Setup App (iOS and Android)
- Connect Tentacle to phone via cable (only ORIGINAL)
- Open the app and go to the device settings
- Scroll down to Info
- You'll find a list > Hardware Serial Number
- You can find the serial number in the Tentacle Setup App for macOS and Windows.
- Connect your Tentacle to your computer via USB
- Turn it on and open your Tentacle Setup App
- Taskbar > Mode > Extended Settings
- If you still have it, you'll find a white sticker with the serial number/s on the right side of the brown box the devices were packaged in
SYNC E mk2, TRACK E & TIMEBAR:
- In the Tentacle Setup App (iOS and Android)
- Open the app and switch on Tentacle device
- Go to the device settings & scroll down to Info
- You'll find a list > Hardware Serial Number
- On the back of each device is a black Sticker with the serial number on it
