You got a new computer and want to use your Tentacle software on that device? You can deactivate your existing license activation on your old computer and reactivate it on your new computer or laptop.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the Tentacle Sync Studio software on your old computer:
- Task bar > Tentacle Sync Studio > License > Deactivate
- Download the software on your new computer, install and open it
- Go to the license window again, fill in your email and license key and press Activate
Note:
In case you don't have your old computer/laptop anymore and forgot to deactivate the license beforehand, please contact us at Support to reset your license key.
