In addition to FedEx, we also offer UPS shipping on request. The rates are significant higher.
Note: These are the shipping costs only. We ship from Germany, please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. All fees and duties must be paid in full by the recipient.
Delivery times:
When all items in stock and payment is done, we pack and ship within a few days. You can check in the shop, when the items are available. You'll find the delivery times in your order confirmation or in an extra email from the shipping provider. The delivery times may vary from country to country from the time of shipment.
Shipping countries:
We ship worldwide. Exceptions are Russia, Belarus, Kuba, North Korea and Syria (As of March 2025).
Shipping to the US:
Under current U.S. customs regulations, goods imported into the United States with a total value of up to $800 may qualify for duty-free entry. This exception is based on the so-called ‘De Minimis Rule’, which allows shipments below this threshold to enter the country without incurring import duties or extensive customs processing.
Orders exceeding $800 do not fall under this rule and may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees. The exact amount depends on the type of goods, their declared value, and country of origin, in accordance with U.S. trade and customs laws.
This regulation applies to private individuals as well as businesses importing goods into the U.S.
Most of our products that we manufacture in Cologne, Germany are made in mostly Germany or the European Union. A few products have their origin (COO) in China or other countries. If you would like to order from us worth over $800, please contact us before you buy via this web form.
